What do we need from you as an employer?

All we ask is if you could take on one of our job seekers, who will be aged 16 to 24 and want to progress their careers, for a minimum of two weeks (the exact time and suit your needs as an employer) at no cost. We want our job seekers on these programmes to gain a real understanding of how work environments operate in their desired vocational area.

What are the benefits to you?
